Yes. I will brag about these things because they were brainchilren of mine and succesful examples of my copy-writing skills fearless nature. The first, J. Peterman Derby, was for an email campaign promoting the catalog and certain derby-ish items. Complete with contestant profiles, it was a succesful youtube sensation and paid off in participation from customers and sales on the race day.
The second, Foolish Products, was the first april fools joke played by The J. Peterman Company. We were mentioned in the Huffington Post and various blogs throughout the day.
Under my hat, we were also featured in the blog Email Wars.
Other email campaigns include all sorts of subjects: A zodiac cusp? Midsummer? Or to mock Old Navy? I was responsible for the copy-writing, creative, and visual execution of all of these emails.
